MATT Clarke has been appointed as the new vice chairman of the Wycombe Wanderers Trust.
He was voted into the position at a board meeting of the Trust on Tuesday - taking over from Garry Heath, who remains as chairman of the Frank Adams Legacy Ltd.
Clarke was previously a director at the club but stepped down in December 2012, saying he could not dedicate as much time as he wanted to the role.
He also helped set up the 'No To Booker' group which campaigned against plans for Wanderers to move to a new stadium.
Trust chairman Trevor Stroud was unanimously re-elected into the role at Tuesday's meeting, Colin Treacher stays as Company Secretary and Reg Rundle was reappointed as Group Finance Director - but he expressed his intention to stand down at the next Trust AGM.
