WANDERERS have been given a boost ahead of this afternoon’s derby clash against Oxford United with the arrival of a new face from Championship outfit Wigan.
Defender Jordan Mustoe has joined on an initial one-month loan after loan spells at Barnet, Morecambe, Carlisle United and Bury.
The 22-year-old, who has featured in the Latics’ first team, is available to Blues boss Gareth Ainsworth for today’s derby as his side look to get their season back on track after a dismal run of recent form.
Mustoe, who will wear the number 28 shirt, has visited Adam’s Park already, having faced Blues during his spells at Morecambe and Bury.
The loan signing follows the departure of Billy Knott, after Sunderland recalled the 21-year-old from his loan spell this month.
