Reading have announced there will be a pitch inspection at lunchtime today to decide whether tonight's Under-21 Premier League Cup game against Watford goes ahead.
The round of 16 tie is due to played at Basingstoke Town's ground, The Camrose, with kick-off scheduled for 7pm.
Reading have tweeted via their club account: "There'll be a pitch inspection at lunchtime for tonight's U21 Premier League Cup tie with Watford at Basingstoke, we'll keep you up to date!"
