Doubt over Leyton Orient striker Kevin Lisbie's fitness ahead of MK Dons clash
Leyton Orient striker Kevin Lisbie is a doubt for tomorrow's home game against MK Dons.
The former Charlton Athletic forward, who has netted eight goals this season, picked up a knock at Oldham Athletic last weekend and did not feature in the midweek Johnstone’s Paint Trophy game against Coventry City.
Assistant manager Kevin Nugent said: “He [Lisbie] took a bit of a knock last Saturday so we’ll have to see in the next few days.”
The O's remain top of League One and unbeaten after their opening ten matches but will face one of the stronger sides in the division this weekend.
Nugent said: “That is going to be another really tough game for us. They play fantastic football as well so that’s going to be a tough one but we’ll see how we get on there.
“They’re a good side, there's absolutely no doubt about that. They have good players and play a unique brand of football so you have to combat that and then play to your strengths as well.
"They’ve got threats all over the pitch. Obviously Luke Chadwick has lots of ability so it’s going to be a very tough game.”
