A Watford FC supporter has succeeded in having a three year ban from attending football matches overturned.
Darren Hartland, 22, of Maytree Crescent, Watford, was one of 12 Hornets supporters arrested following an incident on a London-bound East Coast train following the club's match at Peterborough United on Saturday, April 13.
Mr Hartland and another man pleaded guilty to a public order offence at Westminster Magistrates’ Court on June 7 and were each banned from attending football matches for three years.
