Watford’s away match at Leicester City has been moved forward a day and will now be held on Friday, April 26 with a 7.45pm kick-off time.

The Hornets were due to travel to the King Power stadium on Saturday, April 27 but the game has been selected for live coverage by Sky Sports and has subsequently been rescheduled.

We don't do too well with Sky's Friday night games - 2-2 Palarse and 1-1 Wolves. Much prefer if it was a Saturday night game - 2-0 Brum and 3-1 Brighton. Hopefully it will all be decided by then and we will be well clear in an automatic place.

Why do they always rearrange either home games or local away games?! They will put the Wolves game on tv but not the massive Hull game which I can't get to.

Thanks Sky. I'll now have to completely rearrange my weekend away plans.
Still, we're only getting so much live coverage because of where we are, so cant complain too much.

So we'll have minimal support in the ground for yet another key away game. Thanks a bunch Sky.

Yet another pi55 take by a bunch of repetitive morons all for the armchair fan, "F" the real fans who attend the matches, even more so if it's Little outrageous Watford doing well, Sky TV along with the rest of the media don't give us the light of day usually, they have singularly failed to state in all of their interviews about our " Loanee's" that we have nothing wrong nor broken any rules yet we get shafted out of another Saturday fixture where our fans could and would make a difference, I've just cancelled my SKY subscription, I'd rather listen to it with Jon Marks on BBC3CR

Seen the Foootball League show!! We are bit parts as far as the BBC are concerned. IF there were attractive places to go to I would make a weekend of it myself and wifey could go and look at the shops but it is impossible now to plan ahead for away trips even if there was a nice place to go to for a long weekend. At least with the away games on Sky I can do my own thing and see it indoors

Yes, a pain but for me, I would have to admit, it is good. I travel 160 miles for every HOME game. Leicester is just too far what with all my other commitments, although I have made Cardiff, Crystal Palace, Brighton (3 miles!) and, as if you would forget, Bristol City. So, watching the 'Orns with feet up on a Friday night with a jar or two after an Indian takeaway seems like a good prospect! Good on you for going though...

Eastsusexhornet do not bother with a take away. When I went to Sussex I ate in the Ganges Brasserie in ChurchRoad Hoveactually. The restaurant was very good. There is another restaurant of an indian persuasion on the other side of the road going to the church, do not know the name.

I must admit I felt the same as most of the previous posters intially. I was planning on going to this game - last away game on a Saturday, could be a big one etc. So now I'm thinking, leave work early maybe around 3pm. Have a couple before getting on a train from London - not sure where yet but can only be 1 - 1.5 hrs? Then it could just be a promotion party and what a way to START a weekend. The train journey back could be very interesting. Who's with me?!

Exactly! Hopefully we've had our little dip. Hull have Forest on Saturday - they're flying at the moment - then they've still got us to play. We'll hopefully be back on top form then and if it is a game where we could go up I'd be very surprised and disappointed if we didn't sell out our allocation, fri night tv or not!

Tonights results did go well for us. Now we just have to hope that we can avoid a dreadful ref (something beyond our players control) and improve some poor finishing - something our lads can take control of. I cannot help but feel there are several more twists just yet. Cardiff have drawn two recent home games 1-1 with injury time equalizers - they really are starting to bottle it.Pressure from us and Hull really could see them wobble. It's going to be quite the finish :)

try booking flights from abroad, the best thing for me is games getting changed FOR TV as i can watch it ,nothing beats actually being there ,also you should be able to watch the Hull game via live streaming.
I agree that there's a few more twists and turns left in this season ,WE just need to concentrate on what WE'RE doing and not get distracted by whats going on around us,focus on our performances not others,Cardiff seem to be panicking now,the fact that Malky McKay has even stated in the press that they are NOT panicking makes me thing that his PLAYERS are.
it looks like Cardiff,Hull,Leicest
er for sure and even us a bit,we've all stuttered over the last few games, its a bit late in the season but Bolton and Forest can both be ones to during this seasons run in,Palace look strong obviously as well, the games we've got left are tough as well,Barnsley and Peterborough away, both playing to stay up,Millwall and Blackburn both still in for a play off spot,Burnley,Dyche relishing getting one over us and the 3 games against Hull,Cardiff and Leicester are massive as they are all 6 pointers.
I hope to god we get automatic promotion because i've got a horrid feeling we could run out of steam by the time the play offs get here.
But i believe that i we play to the best of our ability, which is as good if not better than any other team in the championship, that we are actually capable of winning the league or at least getting second spot.

Yes, what was that all about. Holloway goes beserk at the final whistle then claims he was only pulling his players away from the referee.

KeithMercer says...

yeh they didnt get their usual soft penalties and the Goblin thought Varney should have been sent off ! so he went on the pitch and clearly shouted at the ref " you Fing C*** and you Fing T*** ! hopefully he will get a touchline ban, but doubt it. Probably just a fine and a warning about future behavior .
