Barnet confirm the loan signing of Watford midfielder Ross Jenkins

Barnet have completed the signing of Watford midfielder Ross Jenkins on an initial one-month loan.

Jenkins has made just one appearance for the Hornets this season and has not played in the Championship since January 2012.

The 22-year-old midfielder joined Plymouth Argyle on a one-month loan earlier in the season but returned to Vicarage Road after just two games due to injury.

Jenkins told the Barnet website: “I am very happy to be here and cannot wait to get out on the pitch and help the team push up the league.”

He cannot run properly. And not even nearly comparible to our current CM's.

Rated pretty well on Football Manager though, which annoys me a bit

Good Luck Jenks at Barnet, there no need for the **** from some idiots on here, after all he is a Watford Player.........On another subject as I can't find one, On the back of A massive Leicester City bedt announcement last week, here we have another "QPR debt - £89m. Hmm, we're all that's wrong in football "
Them Bl00dy Pozzo's need to get it right, how can we run on " Loophole Loanee's ", it's intolerable, I want a debt of £ 89M and maybe £ 120M next year, why do we always end up with the cheapskates.

Will probably be moved on at some point. Shame as he looked decent when he first broke into the team but all the injuries can't have helped his progress.

A sad decline for what looked once looked a promising career for the club. His career arc so far reminds me a little of Miles Addison at Bournemouth, formerly of Derby - very highly rated initially (especially on Football Manager!), before incessant injuries took their toll.

I wish him the best of luck with the loan move - hopefully he'll get a permanent move and move forward with his career, injury-free.
