Zambia and Nkana striker Evans Kangwa having to wait for Watford trial due to visa delay

Zambian striker Evans Kangwa has been unable to join Watford for a trial due to a delay in issuing his visa.
The 18-year-old, who is currently in an off-season break with his club Nkana, has been in line for a trial with the Hornets for a couple of months.
Nkana chairman John Chiwele told MTNFootball.com: "He is still earmarked to go for trials at Watford.
"But we have been waiting for his visa to be sorted out which is taking a while to be issued."
Kangwa, who was top scorer in the Zambian top flight last season, confirmed Watford are one of the club's interested in him last month.
He plays for Zambian side Nkana and was the golden boot winner at the COSAFA Under-20 Championship in Botswana in 2011.
"It feels good to be invited by a big club like Watford to attend trials. It’s an honour for me," Kangwa told the Lusaka Times last month.
"I am just waiting for travelling documents. I will be travelling next month," he added.
Kangwa has reportedly interested South African club Orlando Pirates and Dutch side Feyenoord in the past.

Apologies folks. He is listed as 18 on most sites but MTNfootball.com say he is 20. I was undecided which one to opt for and meant to delete one but was pulled away from my desk whilst I was proof reading it. When I came back, I forgot to make the change. If the trial does happen, then I will try to find out from the man himself. Apologies

Personally, before we look at more new faces, I would rather see firm proof that we have signed players like Vydra, Geigo, Abdi, Ekstrand etc. Then by all means add new faces/strengthen but until I see pfoof positive of the above, I'm worried someone will offer Udi big bucks based on their performances for us - and then we start all over again.

Just a thought, Vicarage Road stadium could hold 34,000 at one time a la 1969. As a 3rd division team...on that icy replay against Man Utd.. I see the Hillsborough disaster as Sheffield's problem because they had iron gates there. An excuse to hike up the prices. There would be no such problem in the Vic in 1989. Overspill in the old Rookery Stand. Just a thought.
And where can I get some?
