Two more in, three out at Palace

A frenzy of activity at Crystal Palace this afternoon has seen two more players join the Eagles on loan and three leave.

West Ham midfielder Kyel Reid and Fulham left-back Nathan Ashton have joined Scott Sinclair at Palace until the end of the season, while Tony Craig has rejoined Millwall, Ryan Hall has gone to Crawley and Jeff Hughes to Bristol Rovers all on loan.

Reid, 20, has made four substitute appearances this season for the Hammers, having first appeared in the squad two seasons ago. He has previously been loaned to fellow Championship side Barnsley, making 26 appearances last season and helping them avoid relegation.

Ashton, 21, came though the ranks at Charlton Athletic, making his debut in September 2006 before being loaned out to Millwall last March and then signing for Fulham in August. He has made one appearance for The Cottagers in the 3-1 win against Reading in November.

Meanwhile Craig has rejoined his old side Millwall as he looks to step up his rehabilitation from a shoulder injury that has kept him out of the side since early November. He played 86 times for the Lions over the course of five seasons, scoring twice.

Winger Hall joins conference side Crawley after spending the past two months at League Two side Dagenham & Redbridge, where he scored twice, and Hughes has moved to Rovers, who he almost joined permanently in January.
