Wasps reshuffle back room staff

WASPS have followed the appointment of a new coach by announcing an all-new strength and conditioning team.

The club have been blighted by injury for a few seasons, but director of rugby Dai Young hopes the new team, led by Dan Howells, who joins from the English Institute of Sport, will lift the hoodoo.

Howells is joined by Nick Chadd who also joins from the EIS, and Ian Taplin.

Taplin has been working with academy.

Meanwhile, the club’s analysis department has been boosted by Richard Tonkins joining head analyst Luke Bowen.
