London Welsh coach Martin Jones has warned the Old Deer Park faithful to expect a high turnover of players as he looks for the winning formula for next season.
The Exiles enjoyed a rousing 22-10 win over Plymouth Albion in their final home game of the season, their third win on the bounce.
But Jones admitted a lot of the familiar faces will be missing come August.
He said: "We will get rid of about 14 players over the summer - either because they do not fit into our system or because they are not able to take up our offer of a professional contract for next season.
"So, obviously, we will also be bringing in a lot of new players.
"The process has already started and I have had a lot of discussions with the board."

Proof comes in the shape of Aaron Liffchak, Daniel George and Tom Brown, who all signed this week.
Prop Liffchak arrives from Saracens, hooker George from the Scarlets and number eight Brown moves from Newbury to bolster the Exiles pack.
But it was the backs who shone on Saturday, with Noah Cato, Paul Mackey and Michael Tagicakibau grabbing tries.
"It was great to show the home support the improvements we have been making," said Jones.
"Since Christmas, the squad has really come together and we have strung a great run of results together."
Jones also paid tribute to Paul Sampson, who was named player of the season at the weekend.
"It was fully deserved. He is always looking to get involved and he has done a lot off the field for the club as well," added Jones.
"He brings a lot of experience to the dressing room and I'm delighted he will be with us next season."
Welsh complete their season at Cornish Pirates tomorrow.
