Slaven Bilic insists Crystal Palace target Adrian has a future at West Ham.

Adrian, 30, is being chased by the Eagles and Newcastle following the Hammers’ loan capture of Joe Hart.

Hart’s arrival is bad news for Adrian, who is set to spend another season on the bench, if he stays at the London Stadium.

The Spaniard was kept out of the starting line-up by Darren Randolph for large parts of the 2016/17 campaign.

But West Ham boss Bilic wants Adrian to sign a new contract with the club.

He said: “I spoke with Randolph and Adrian and we were more than happy with them. We wanted to keep one of them to have three keepers.

“Now that Randy [Randolph] went to Middlesbrough, it’s Joe and Adrian and the situation with Adrian is that we would love to keep him.

“We rate him, we like him, we would like to offer him a new contract.”

Palace manager Frank de Boer wants Adrian to rival Wayne Hennessey for the number one spot at Selhurst Park, while Newcastle need an experienced goalkeeper.
