West Ham United are in talks with midfielder Pedro Obiang over a new deal, according to national reports.

The midfielder’s existing contract expires in 2019 and the Hammers are determined to fend off interest from Everton, Sevilla and AC Milan for the midfielder, according to reports.

Obiang joined the Hammers in June 2015 from Italian outfit Sampdoria and had a big impact at the London Stadium last season, scoring one goal in 30 appearances in all competitions.

The Spaniard’s performances meant he finished as the runner up in the Hammer’s Player of the Year award.
