The Saints sacked Puel on Thursday night after just one season in charge.
De Boer and Pellegrino have spoken to Crystal Palace chiefs about the managerial vacancy in south London.

And the Eagles will have to act fast if they want to appoint either manager with Southampton keen.
The Press Association reports that De Boer and Pellegrino are on the Saints’ radar.
Southampton’s next boss will hope to last longer than Puel, who guided the club to the EFL Cup final and an eighth-place finish in the Premier League.
