Crystal Palace striker Christian Benteke has been called up to the Beglium squad.

Roberto Martinez’s side play Czech Republic in a friendly on June 5, before travelling to Estonia for a World Cup qualifier four days later.

Belgium lead second-placed Greece by two points in Group H - and are strong favourites to progress and win the World Cup next summer.

Benteke, 26, scored 17 goals in an impressive debut season with the Eagles.

He will join fellow Premier League stars Eden Hazard, Romelu Lukaku and Vincent Kompany for Belgium’s upcoming games.
