First-half goals from Wilfried Zaha and Christian Benteke settled early nerves in south London. And Luka Milivojevic's 85th-minute penalty added to the party mood, before Patrick van Aanholt made it four late on.
The result sends Hull down, and the Yorkshire side will join Middlesbrough and Sunderland in the Championship next season.

But for Palace, they will play Premier League football in August thanks to another successful rescue mission from boss Sam Allardyce.
