West Ham United are looking to make an ambitious move in the January window for Marcus Rashford or Anthony Martial.

According to The Telegraph, The Hammers are in need of some major fire power and boss Slaven Bilic hopes to take one of them on loan by offering them regular game time.

Both forwards have failed to do this under Jose Mourinho and with Zlatan Ibrahimovic in form up front the United boss is unlikely to give them a central role.

Mourinho is unlikely to let them leave but Bilic has turned to United's young prospects as a possibility.

The east London's club deal for Chelsea striker Michy Batshuayi fell through after Antonio Conte is reportedly keen to keep hold of the Belgian.

Liverpool's Daniel Sturridge is also a possibility as he continues to look for ways to solve his striker crisis.

Simone Zaza has failed to live up to expectations and Andre Ayew, Andy Carrol and Diafra Sakho have all had injury problems during this campaign.

Bilic has had to turn to ex Man U player Ashley Fletcher but he has managed just one goal for his new club.

West Ham currently sits 13th in the table, four points off the relegation zone.
