West Ham United eased to a 3-0 win at Southend United in their latest friendly.
The Hammers took the lead when Nicky Maynard headed home a 22nd minute corner.
Jordan Spence doubled the lead when he burst clear and found the back of the net.
The Irons sealed the win when Sam Baldock came off the bench and dinked an effort over the goalkeeper for his third goal in as many games.
