Leyton Orient striker David Mooney has completed his move to Southend United after his contract expired this summer.
The forward has agreed a two-year deal with the Shrimpers and will play in League One this season following the club's promotion.
The Irish striker scored 51 goals in 170 games for the O's during a four-year spell at Brisbane Road.
Mooney's most successful season came during 2013-4 when he netted 21 goals as Orient missed out on promotion in their League One play-off final defeat.
But the 30-year-old struggled for form and fitness during his last campaign scoring nine goals in 38 appearances as the O's were relegated to League Two.
