I am quite sure you have had items like this in your newspaper recently but the more people who complain, hopefully something will eventually get done.
It is concerning the unhygienic conditions at the newly-built leisure centre in Erith.
The changing rooms are an utter disgrace. I have asked for a refund but nothing has been done about it. I have been pushed from pillar to post and the manager has still not phoned me. It's now been 26 days and is beyond a joke.
The swimming pool changing rooms are never clean, with chewing gum stuck to the walls for weeks.
Hygiene should be rated highly in leisure centres, especially one so new, when you would expect them to keep on top of it.
When I visited the gym, the shower cubicles had hair all over the floor.
The leisure centre needs to do something about it or lose its customers.
