Deadly: Pacy frontman Jon Henry-Hayden is in control during Tooting's 1-0 win over Molesey on Saturday Deadlinepix SP20377
Boss Billy Smith has hailed striker Jon Henry-Hayden after the pacy striker topped Tooting & Mitcham's scoring charts.
Henry-Hayden has filled the void left by injury-ravaged Paul Vines to smash 26 goals as the Terrors booked their place in the Ryman Division One South play-offs.
And, ahead of tonight's play-off clash with Worthing at Imperial Fields, Smith poured praise on the former Hampton & Richmond and Staines Town hitman.
"Jon has been the star of the season as far as I am concerned," the Tooting manager said.
"He has got great pace and is a very skilful player.
"If you are giving marks out of 10 for games, he is always at least an eight and you can't ask for more than that."

Tooting ended their league season with a hard-earned 1-0 home win over relegated Molesey, with skipper Allan McLeod on target with a fortuitous strike. And Smith admitted it was not the most entertaining of games.
He added: "Once you get over the line, you often find it hard to get motivated in games.
"To be fair to Molesey, they did okay.
"Every game seems to have followed a similar pattern this season - teams just come and sit back and let us attack and it is up to us to break them down."
Should Tooting advance in the play-offs, they will face either Cray Wanderers or the Metropolitan Police in the final on Saturday, with a spot in the Ryman Premier Division up for grabs.
And the Terrors boss said he had no preference.
He added: "I know Cray went on that long unbeaten run but we beat them three times this season, so we would be confident.
"We lost to the Met a few weeks back but I don't know how. "To be honest, it will be a difficult game, whoever we face."
