Assistant manager Keith Holloway expects Corinthian Casuals to show a vast improvement when they return to Ryman Division One South action next season.
The amateur side enjoyed a rare season free of relegation fears as they amassed their highest finish in recent history, with Saturday's 1-1 draw at Sittingbourne taking them to 44 points.
But Holloway admitted he was not totally satisfied.

He said: "The points total we are very pleased with.
"It is a progression from last season, which is what we are always striving to achieve.
"We would have settled for this at the start of the season, no question.
"But I definitely expect more next year.
"We have been a bit naive at times and conceded too many silly goals.
"We have a young side but, next season, we cannot keep hiding behind that.
"Everybody has had at least one season at this level and we should be finding our feet."
Casuals' draw at Sittingbourne came courtesy of a Joe Bowley own-goal in a game that saw three sendings-off. Byron Brown and Luke Gay saw red for the visitors in a feisty end-of-season encounter.
Holloway added: "It was a strange game. We had used all our subs and had a couple of players who could hardly walk, so we were hanging on at the end."
Holloway and boss Brian Adamson will now set about plotting next season's campaign in good spirits.
And the assistant manager admitted the summer would make a pleasant change.
He added: "Normally, we are sitting with our fingers crossed hoping for a relegation reprieve at this stage.
"It is great that we have been able to start planning for next season, and that will be a massive benefit to us."
