Hall delighted with Dowie move

QPR defender Fitz Hall is pleased he will be back working with Iain Dowie again.
The pair worked together at Crystal Palace and are now reunited after Dowie was appointed as the R's new first team coach.
Hall said: "He's a players' manager and I am sure all the lads here will get on with him.
"When he was at Palace he was considered the next big thing in terms of management.
"He did incredibly well there to get them promoted through the play-offs and I'm sure he will be a success here."
Hall insists it will not be easy under the new boss but believes hard work on the training ground will set them on the road to the Premiership.
He added: "Training will be completely different. It will be far more intense.
"In my opinion he is the man to get us into the Premiership and that's what we are working towards."
