West Ham striker Nicky Maynard has joined Cardiff City after just eight months at Upton Park.
The former Bristol City forward has officially moved to Malky Mackay's Championship outfit for an undisclosed fee, although it is being widely reported the deal is worth £2.5m.
The 25-year-old scored three goals in 16 appearances for the Hammers, the last coming in Tuesday night's 2-0 Capital One Cup victory over Crewe Alexandra.
