Greeny can't take the banter but it's time for us to get back down to business

I WANT to set the record straight - Greeny said in the matchday programme that my banter was what annoyed him most. But I'm not having that.
If you read the majority of those 20 questions, you'll see that Bobby (Zamora) and myself have the best banter. It's just that I've got too much banter for him.
I'm not happy with him and I've given him a little bit of stick for it...it all adds to the good atmosphere that we've got in the squad.
Getting back to more serious matters, it's been a nice break for the boys, but now it's back to work.
For me personally, having the weekend off was a good thing. I spent some time with the girlfriend and got a chance to recharge the batteries.
I was out for two months with an injury earlier in the season and was then getting fit in the first team.
I didn't have any reserve games and sometimes that can take its toll.
But now I can't wait to get out there against Fulham. I love pulling on that West Ham shirt.
We also need to get out there and get a result after recent games.
It was definately two points dropped against Birmingham, there's no doubts about that.
It was one of a run of games that, with no disrespect to them teams, that we should be winning. We had a target but it hasn't happened.
We're as disappointed as anyone because we know we're not where we should be Against Birmingham we ended playing longer balls. Sometimes, instead of taking an extra touch in the final third, we are rushing things because we think the chance might go.
The fact the boys are also so eager to do well has something to do with it. It is definately something that we've been working hard on.
We seem to do better against the bigger teams, perhaps because the crowd and everyone else is more up for it.
There's a lot of other things that it could come down to.
When you're playing for West Ham at Upton Park, the crowd is part and parcel of the game - and they're a passionate crowd. Growing up with the club I am as aware with that as anyone.
They have a right to have their say and if you're not playing well they will let you know.
That is what has happened a couple times to players in the last few games but those players involved are menatlly strong and will bounce back from it.
Look at Bobby Zamora. It was the same for him a few years ago but look at he has done for the club.
He scored the goal that got us back in the Premiership and was top scorer last year.
Carlton Cole also had it earlier this season. Now the fans are getting upset if he comes off.
