Leyton Orient will receive an initial £90,000 compensation from Burnley for George Porter.
The Championship club will also have to pay a combined total of £70,000 for the midfielder once he makes 60 appearances. Porter left Brisbane Road in the summer after rejecting a new contract offer.
The O's could also gain another £100,000 if Burnley win promotion during the next three seasons assuming Porter plays at least 23 games during that particular campaign.
Orient will also take 16.5 per cent of any profit made by Burnley if Porter is sold in the future.
