West Ham are preparing to make an offer for Birmingham City starlet Nathan Redmond.
According to the Birmingham Mail, the Hammers are hoping to take advantage of the Blues financial problems with a cut-price £1 million bid.
The 18-year-old made 24 appearances in the Championships last season and impressed in Birmingham's Europa League campaign where he started five matches.
