KENNY Jackett is hoping new loan signing from Chelsea George Saville will freshen up Millwall’s midfield between now and the end of the season.
The 19-year-old can also play in defence, but Jackett believes the middle of the park is where the youngster will be best suited for during his stay at The Den.
“George is a player we’ve followed for some time,” the Lions boss told News Shopper.
“Although he is 19, he is still a young player with a very bright future.
“This will be the first time he has been out anywhere on loan.
“He has showed very well in the Chelsea U21s and with us having so many games in such a short space of time, I think he will give us good competition in the midfield area.”
