Leyton Orient make the short journey to Stevenage this weekend in League One.

The O's are in the middle of a difficult run of fixtures but have managed draws with Brentford and Swindon alongside a victory over Notts County in their last three games.

Orient could be forgiven for having one eye on Tuesday night when they host Southend United in the first leg of the southern area final of the Johnstone's Paint Trophy.

But defender Scott Cuthbert insists the focus remains on the league as they look to climb the table.

Cuthbert said: "We've got a tough game at Stevenage. It's not a nice place to go and play but if we get a good result there then it pushes us further up. That's all we can do, take each game as it comes and hopefully get as many points as we can and get up that table.

"It's nice to be in the area final of the Johnstone's Paint and have a chance to go to Wembley but we've got to focus on Saturday first because at the end of the day the league's your bread and butter isn't it."

Captain Nathan Clarke and Kevin Lisbie are getting closer to being fit after injuries but the match will come too soon for the pair.

Stevenage are in the middle of a terrible run at home having lost five of their last six matches at the Lamex Stadium. Their last home victory came all the way back in October and this poor form has seen them drop out of the top-six and into mid-table.
