Leyton Orient midfielders Lee Cook and Martin Rowlands have both signed contracts to remain at Brisbane Road until the end of the season.
Cook scored the equaliser in the draw at Brentford on Tuesday and his five-month contract expired yesterday.
Rowlands grabbed the opener at Griffin Park and his deal was due to expire this weekend.
The news is a boost for the O's with a two-legged Johnstone's Paint Trophy match coming up against Southend United with the winner reaching the Wembley final.
