Tottenham head a queue of a number of clubs interested in signing Watford striker Matej Vydra, according to the Daily Mirror.
Spurs are well-known to be on the hunt for a new forward this January with Emmanuel Adebayor away on international duty and Jermain Defoe struggling for form.
Vydra has enjoyed a scintillating debut season in England, scoring 16 goals in 26 appearances and eight in his last six matches.
The 20-year-old Czech international is a deadly finisher, lightning quick and would fit into Tottenham's fast, counter-attacking style of play.
Vydra is the latest frontman to be added to Andre Villas-Boas' shortlist which is thought to also include top target Leandro Damiao of Internacional and Celtic's Gary Hooper.
The Spurs head coach reportedly paid a personal visit to watch Hooper score two goals in Celtic's 4-1 win over Dundee United on Tuesday night.
