Leyton Orient midfielder Marc Laird has joined Southend United on a two-month loan deal.
The 26-year-old has only made two substitute appearances this season and has moved in a bid to get first-team football.
Meanwhile, Orient's trip to MK Dons has been put back to Wednesday, November 7. It has been moved to give the side more time to prepare after their FA Cup trip to Gloucester City was confirmed for the previous Sunday.
