Crystal Palace boss Alan Pardew has seen the comparisons between his rise in football, and that of new boy Keshi Anderson.
Palace were the most active team in the Premier League during the January transfer window, with eight players arriving either permanently or on loan.
Perhaps the biggest shock of the window was the arrival of 19-year-old striker Anderson for £35,000 from Barton Rovers.

Firing a six-minute hat-trick against the Eagles development team last week convinced Pardew to take a gamble on the youngster, who will travel to Leicester with the squad on Saturday.
He said: “It’s a great opportunity for him. He has taken a similar route to me in that he started in non-League.
“Hopefully now he can make progress, a six-minute hat-trick is good but what he has at the moment is a chance to do well with us.”
