Crystal Palace manager Neil Warnock says he will not stop giving his opinions in post-match TV interviews, but will try to control his emotions better.
Warnock was fined £9,000 by the FA and warned about his future conduct after he suggested that referee Craig Powson was influenced by Chelsea players when he sent off Damian Delaney last month.
Warnock said: “I am going to be boring from now on so journalists have nothing to write.
“No, I will still come out after a game but I need to be mindful of the timing.
“Twenty minutes after a game is not very long and so I need to get my thoughts together.”
Palace go to Manchester United this weekend, looking to arrest a run of four games without a win.
