Crystal Palace boss Ian Holloway is "fed up" of talk that his Eagles are a one-man team.

Wilfried Zaha has dominated the back pages and the air waves since bursting onto the scene and winning his first international cap.

However, while the world talks about his flying winger, Holloway wants to end talk about Zaha's ability and, moreover, his future at Selhurst Park.

The gossip mill has underfire Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger sniffing around Zaha - angering Holloway into a tirade at a journalist who asked about the speculation at a recent press conference.

After the Blackpool match, where a last minute equaliser denied Palace all three points in a 2-2 draw, Holloway said: "I don’t need to talk about Wilf [Zaha]. I want to talk about Yannick Bolasie. Wilf is a young man and I’m getting fed up of everybody talking about it as if we are a one-player team.

"We have got some brilliant players. Murray, Jedinak, Dikgacoi at right-back looked like he grew there.

"We are a very solid group but the group has to get stronger and what I’m saying is we won’t get weaker. The board won’t let us get weaker, we are going to get stronger."

He added: "I don’t need to build somebody up to be some unbelievable world-beating superstar when he’s a young man plying his trade. He does some wonderful things but let’s look at the other aspects of the team as well.

"Wilf’s a Palace player so let’s us put it in the bottom drawer and let him get on with the rest of his life. I’m sure he will be good, I’m sure I can make him better and that is all I want to do.

"But the more we mention one player the worst it gets. Just shove it in a drawer and get on with it.

"Yannick [Bolasie] was fantastic today, he deserved a goal from that fantastic run and we would have been seeing that over and over again on Soccer AM, with the skill and God knows what he does and how he does it. Let’s give Bolasie some plaudits as well, shall we?”

Palace travel to Birmingham City this weekend as the Championship season approaches the mid-way stage.
