Derby evenly poised at the break

The south east London derby at Selhurst Park remains evenly poised at the break.
Jon Fortune headed just wide for the Addicks in the 2nd minute but it is Crystal Palace who came closest to breaking the deadlock just after 15 minutes.
Soares' right wing cross was met by James Scowcroft six yards out for a goalbound effort which was stopped by an excellent save from Nicky Weaver
