Bees aiming to thwart promotion party
Brentford manager Andy Scott is determined to stop Hereford from winning promotion at Griffin Park on Saturday.
The visitors know that a win could be enough to promote them to League One but it is a prospect Scott is keen to avoid.
Scott said: "No-one likes seeing a side promoted on your patch so we want to make sure we stop them for at least a week. We want to throw a spanner in the works."
The Bees will be keen to respond after a disappointing display last weekend in the 3-1 defeat at Lincoln.
Scott added: "We were poor and it's the first time that I've criticised the team but we conceded poor goals."
