GREAT Missenden’s David Loveday returned from the Commonwealth Rowing Championships in Canada with three of England’s 15 medals.
Loveday won gold in the 500m single sculls lightweight sprint, before adding a pair of bronzes with Michael Mottram, right, in the lightweight men’s double and lightweight men’s pairs.
Mottram also won bronze in the 200m lightweight single sculls.
Loveday, who used to row out of the Marlow Rowing Club, said: “It was an amazing weekend of racing and an fantastic trip that I'll never forget. I'm really pleased with our results.”
