Ingram racing to offer Help for Heroes

RACING star Tom Ingram will do his bit for the British Armed Forces later this month, when he competes in the six-hour Race for Heroes at the Daytona Raceway in Milton Keynes.

The Wycombe 16-year-old is part of a four-man Junior Ginetta entry and will be up against 16 other teams and more than 80 drivers.

They include race winners from the British Touring Car Championships, top names from British F3 – and Boyzone singer Shane Lynch.

Ingram said: “Help the Heroes is a really good cause, and I’ve been going round college to try to raise some money for it. Obviously the more money we can make for it the better.”
