MARLOW rower Joanna MacGregor finished first the the British Trials recently.
The 15-year-old has only been rowing for a year but left her rivals behind to come in first in the J16s.
The Sir William Borlase's rower has now qualified for a National Talent Orientation Body training camp in January, organised by the Youth Sports Trust.
