Barnet’s first game back in the National League will see John Still’s men head to Hampshire to take on Aldershot Town.

The Bees will travel to Gary Waddock’s side on Saturday, August 4, with the match signalling an immediate return to the EBB Stadium for Barnet’s new signings Cheye Alexander and Callum Reynolds.

Barnet are back in the National League after a 23rd-place finish in League Two last season and they will take on an Aldershot team who will have their eyes set on another promotion bid this campaign, after the Shots secured a play-off spot last time out.

Still’s first home match in charge will take place three days later when newly-promoted Braintree Town visit the Hive, before Eastleigh then travel to North London on Saturday, August 11.

The 68-year-old will then enjoy a swift reunion with former side Dagenham and Redbridge when the cash strapped Daggers take on the Bees at the Hive on Monday, August 11.

September kicks off with trips to Dover Athletic and Bromley, before a home game against Maidenhead United precedes a tough-looking away match against Justin Edinburgh’s Leyton Orient at the Breyer Group Stadium on Saturday, September 15.

Home fixtures against AFC Fylde and newly-promoted Havant & Waterlooville then follow before the second month of the season rounds off with a trip to Wrexham.

The class of 92’s Salford City will most notably visit the Hive on Tuesday, October 30 while November will see long away journeys to Hartlepool United and Halifax Town sandwiched either side of home games against Maidstone United as well as Gateshead.

Barnet’s last game before Christmas will see them take on Dover Athletic at home, while the Bees will be on the road over the festive period with away matches against Boreham Wood on Boxing Day and Dagenham and Redbridge on Saturday, December 29.

The Bees will come up against Boreham Wood for the second time in the space of a week when Luke Garrard’s men head to the Hive on New Year’s Day, with that game being swiftly followed by a visit from Aldershot Town.

The opening month of the year rounds off with a trip to Braintree and a home tie against Harrogate Town.

Still’s men will play at home just once in February against Sutton United on Saturday, February 9, in a month which will also see the Bees hit the road with visits to Eastleigh, Solihull Moors and Maidstone.

A busy March will see Barnet play six matches, including home games against Hartlepool and Leyton Orient, while the last month of the season kicks off with an away fixture against Maidenhead on Saturday, April 6.

Barnet’s last home game of the campaign will see them take on Bromley on Monday, April 22, while the final match of the season will see the Bees take a trip down to Havant and Waterlooville on Saturday, April 27.
