Millwall midfielder Shane Ferguson has been ruled out for six weeks with a knee injury.
The Northern Ireland international was enjoying a good run of games in the Lions team but missed the stalemate with Aston Villa on Saturday.
But he pulled up in a training session just two days before the trip to the Midlands.
Injuries to Ferguson and Fred Onyedinma have left Millwall very short in the wide areas.
Jed Wallace and Aiden O’Brien are the Lions’ only senior wingers who are fit and available for selection.
Den boss Neil Harris wants to bring in another attacking player next month, and long-term injuries to Ferguson and Onyedinma, could speed up that process.
