Millwall manager Neil Harris has spoken of the disappointment in his striker Lee Gregory after missing three great chances in the Lions' match against Hull City.
But Harris says the it’s just a matter of time for the striker to net the goal which will “get him going.”
Harris told reporters after last night’s game at The Den: “He’ll be disappointed and we’ll have to pick him up again.
“But what I will say as a striker myself is that when you’re not getting chances it’s a disaster. It’s the end of the world!
“But when you’re getting chances you know the next one’s coming and it’s just about getting that goal whether it’s a penalty or one off your bum or one to hit you and go in - just to get you up and running again.
“When the chances aren’t coming that’s when there’s a problem, but Lee knows he’s getting the chances.
“He had three good chances. He did the right thing on all three in that he’s hit the target.”
Harris added: “At the moment Lee is just searching for that goal to get him going.”
