Newcastle have joined Crystal Palace in the race to sign out-of-favour West Ham goalkeeper Adrian.

The Spaniard was kept out of the Hammers team by Darren Randolph for large parts of the 2016/17 campaign.

And the loan capture of Hart will push the 30-year-old even further down the pecking order.
Steve Mandanda re-joined Marseille last week, leaving Wayne Hennessey and Julian Speroni as Palace’s only senior goalkeepers.
And Palace boss Frank de Boer wants Adrian to compete with Hennessey for the number one spot at Selhurst Park.
