Charlton are interested in signing Peterborough star Marcus Maddison, News Shopper understands.
Addicks boss Karl Robinson tried to sign the midfielder in January, but the club were put off by Peterborough’s £2m asking price.
But now, Maddison, 23, has just one year left on his contract and has been transfer listed by the Posh.

He has scored 22 goals in the past two seasons for Peterborough, and is regarded as one of the best attacking players in League One.
Charlton are one of many clubs keen on signing Maddison, with Sheffield United and Bolton interested.
It is understood that the two Championship new boys have enquired about the former Newcastle man.
Maddison’s move to Charlton will depend on interest received from Premier League and Championship clubs this summer.

Charlton are looking to mount a promotion push under Robinson next season after a disappointing 2016/17 campaign.
And signing Maddison would show a statement of intent from the Addicks hierarchy.
