Everton are willing to sell James McCarthy amid interest from Crystal Palace, West Ham and Newcastle, according to reports.
The Republic of Ireland midfielder was plagued by injuries last season, and struggled to hold down a first-team place.
McCarthy, 26, is behind Morgan Schneiderlin, Tom Davies and Idrissa Gueye in the pecking order at Goodison Park.

Crystal Palace need to recruit more players in the summer if they are to avoid another relegation battle.
And £20m-rated McCarthy could be a solution to their lack of depth in midfield. The club’s only holding midfielders are Luka Milivojevic and James McArthur.
Everton boss Ronald Koeman says McCarthy has an Everton future, but the Daily Mail reports that the club are willing to sell him for the right price.
