Leyton Orient will face Stevenage at home on the week commencing August 29 in the group stage of the EFL Trophy.
Andy Hessenthaler's O's will then travel to Southend on the week of October 3.
Their final fixture comes at the Amex Stadium as Orient will travel to Brighton on the week commencing November 7.
In the group stage a win is three points whilst one point for a draw.
In the event of the final score ending in a tie there will be a penalty shoot-out with the winning team earning an additional point.
The top two teams of each group will advance to the knock-out stages.
