Leyton Orient player-boss Kevin Nolan suffered a first defeat in charge after losing 3-1 at home to Cambridge United.
A poor defensive mistake enabled Ben Williamson to fire the visitors into an early lead.
Orient fell further behind when Williamson scored his second of the match.
Substitute Armand Gnanduillet pulled one back before Jimmy Spencer sealed victory for the U's.
