Barnet loanee Harry Taylor scored his first goal for Hampton and Richmond Borough as they trounced Hendon 5-0 in the Isthmian Premier Division on Saturday.

The centre-back-cum-full-back, 18, got the Beavers’ fifth against beleaguered Hendon, who ended the game two men light.

A forgettable afternoon for Gary McCann’s Greens got off to a far-from-ideal start with Moussa Diarra giving the hosts a ninth-minute lead.

Hendon defender Mark Kirby was then dismissed in the 38th minute and two minutes after the restart, Diarra added a second.

Former Bee Dean Sinclair got the third in the 49th minute before Charlie Moone rubbed salt in the wounds with a fourth.

Leon Smith then earned himself a red card with three minutes remaining before Taylor completed the rout in the 90th minute.

Elsewhere in the Premier Division, Shane Cojocarel was an unused substitute as Billericay Town picked up a 2-2 draw at Kingstonian.

Goals from Mike Fondop-Talom and Tom Derry for the Blues cancelled out efforts by Jake Kempton and Aaron Good for the K’s.

Tamille Roache was not involved for Met Police as they beat Needham Market 1-0.

In the National League, Ben Tomlinson played the full 90 minutes as Grimsby Town drew 0-0 at Braintree Town.

The forward, who could remain on loan with the Mariners after Andy Warrington revealed talks were underway, was booked but could not open his account for the Blundell Park outfit.
