Tries from Mike Macfarlane and Cameron Gentles ensured head coach Ollie Smith's Esher eventually edged past Covnetry 27-10 at Molesey Road on Saturday.

Esher remain fourth in the National Division One table and six points adrift of league leaders Rosslyn Park, who they travel to on Friday night.
